What We Need for the Car Show

  • Volunteers Needed to Help During the Car Show

     

    People to staff the registration booth from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

    People to staff the Paver & Donations Booth

    People to walk the park & sell 50/50's

    People to staff key spots to sell water and soft drinks

    People to hold collection buckets in parking & entrance for spectator donations.

 

  • Additional Items Needed for the Car Show

    Donations of New Products and gift certificates for Services are needed for door prizes.

    Trophy sponsors are needed. Trophies will cost Between $35.00 & $45.00 each and the sponsor's business or family name will be engraved on it along with award information.  

    Donations of bottled water and soft drinks to be sold day of event are needed.  

    Donations of ice (day of show) and buckets or water tight containers to keep drinks cold.  

    Vendors are also needed to sell products and services.
